Get paid. Politely, then properly.
PaidStraight sends polite reminders in your name and reads the replies. If a business client still doesn't pay, a final notice adds the interest the law allows. £19 a month.

Reminders people actually pay.
Every reminder carries a Pay now button for your own Stripe, SumUp or GoCardless link, so paying takes one tap. The money goes straight to you; PaidStraight never touches it.
When a business client is properly late, the final notice adds the interest and compensation the law says you're owed.

It reads the replies, so you don't have to.
When a client answers a reminder, PaidStraight works out what they mean and acts on it. You still get every reply, word for word, and can answer it straight from your inbox.
| Your client writes | PaidStraight |
|---|---|
| “Paid it yesterday” | Pauses the reminders and asks you to check the money's arrived. |
| “I'll pay Friday” | Waits until Monday, and chases again only if it's still unpaid. |
| “This invoice is wrong” | Stops and tells you, so you can sort it out. |
Hear early when a client's in trouble.
Add a client's company number and PaidStraight checks Companies House and The Gazette every day. If their accounts are overdue, or an insolvency notice appears, you'll hear about it before you do another £2,000 of work for them.
Limited companies and LLPs only. Public information, checked as it's published.

When the reminders still don't work.
A firm final notice adds the interest and fixed compensation that the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 allows on business invoices. It waits for your OK before it goes.
After that, PaidStraight fills in a letter-before-action template for you to check and send yourself. If that doesn't work either, a plain-English guide to small claims in England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland links to each official service.
| Rate3.75% base rate on 31 December 2025, plus 8% | 11.75% a year |
| Interest per day | £0.39 |
| Interest after 30 days | £11.59 |
| Fixed compensation | £70.00 |
| Total now owed | £1,281.59 |
The rate is fixed for the life of the invoice, from the half-year it fell due. PaidStraight keeps the Bank of England rates up to date.
You stay in charge.
Reminders go on their own, on weekdays, at least 3 days apart, in your business name. The final notice waits until you've read it, and you send the letter before action yourself. Mark an invoice paid and the chasing stops that minute.
Works from a spreadsheet, or from nothing at all.
Add an invoice in about a minute, or import a CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or your invoicing app. You don't need Xero or QuickBooks.
