The free trial
30 days, no card. Reminders send for real during the trial. A week before it ends we'll email you. If you don't choose a plan, reminders pause and nothing is deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel from the link in any Paddle receipt. Reminders keep going until the end of the period you've paid for. We keep your data for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Fair use
Up to 1,000 reminder emails a month. That's enough for about 200 invoices to go through every email step every month. If you need more, email us and we'll sort it at the same price.
Questions people ask
- Is there a discount for charities or for paying upfront?
- The yearly plan is two months free. That's the only discount, and it's the same for everyone.
- Can I talk to someone before buying?
- Email us and we'll answer in writing. There's no sales team and no call to book.
- Do my clients see PaidStraight?
- Emails come from "Your business via PaidStraight" and carry one line at the bottom saying they were sent using PaidStraight. Replies go to you.
- Does PaidStraight collect the money?
- No. Clients pay you directly, the way they always have. PaidStraight never touches the money.
