Billing, cancelling and your data

Price. £19 a month or £190 a year, VAT included. No limit on invoices and no charge for extra people.

Trial. 30 days free with no card. A week before it ends we email you. If you don't choose a plan, reminders pause and nothing is deleted.

Paying. Checkout is run by Paddle, our reseller. Receipts come from Paddle, and every receipt has a link to update your card or cancel.

Cancelling. Reminders keep going until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your data. Download every invoice and client as a spreadsheet from Settings > Your data at any time. After cancelling or the end of a trial we keep your data for 90 days, then delete it.
